Helping Harvest supplies food to more than 350 charitable food distribution sites throughout Berks and Schuylkill counties. Food supplied by Helping Harvest provides more than 1,100,000 meals annually at soup kitchens and shelters.  In 2023, the approximate number of unduplicated people served by Helping Harvest was 144,549.
