Meet Chef Melanie

Meet Chef Melanie Galarza, the newest member of the Community Kitchen team!

Originally from Puerto Rico, she brings with her years of experience in kitchens, including as a culinary instructor.

“Working at the Community Kitchen perfectly combines my loves of cooking and teaching, as well as helping others. Being able to cook in this beautiful, new kitchen is like the ultimate playground for a chef,” said Chef Melanie.
